Greg "Stobie" Stofferahn Greg "Stobie" Stofferahn started playing
bass at the age of 16 after having been influenced by young
local musicians such as Mike Flynn, Phil Lucafo, Tim
Bednarek, Mark Schuit, Neil Holmquist, Alan Cardozo and
Bartcats, Frankie Rago and The Kent Brothers. Joey Drada has been honing his blues guitar skills for the past 30 years in numerous clubs and recording studios throughout the Chicagoland Area. Joey's concept of melody, song structure
and full tones has earned him recognition and respect within
the blues community. He has also been in bands such as Woodlind, The Kids, Chicago Blues Royalty, JP and the Cats and Bullwinkle. Greg "Wolfman" Schleitwiler "Life without music would be like a premature burial." Whether sitting at his black baby grand, filling his living room with the sounds of Beethoven or shaking his tail-feather on stage, Greg the "Wolfman" Schleitwiler knows how to entertain any audience large or small. Wolfman incorporates diverse musical styles with an incredible passion for his craft and listeners of all ages find themselves attracted to his musicianship. Throughout the years, he has enjoyed jamming with various local bands such as Eat A Peach, Splitfoot and Nobody's Business. Scott BonshireBringing with him a legacy of solid and steadfast rhythm, drummer Scott Bonshire is the newest member of The Jaywalkers Jam Band. With an early jump start at the age of 10, Bonshire eventually moved into both studio work and live performances with local and national acts such as Heartsfield, Five Guys Named Moe, Phyllis Marconi, John "J.C." Curulewski and Chris Ussery. Talented drummers such as Danny Seraphine, Steve Gadd and David Garibaldi have provided Scott significant inspiration along with artists such as Little Feat, The Band, The Allman Brothers over the years. Jose AguileraAs the newest member of The Jaywalkers Jam Band, Jose Aguilera and his enthusiastic conga playing helps uniquely shape and shade the sound and energy of the band. Influences over the years include The Allman Brothers, Led Zeppelin, Santana, Eric Clapton, Malo, Herb Albert & The Tijuana Brass, Carlo King, Elton John, Motown, the Beatles and his mother. Backstage work experiences with musical acts such as Aerosmith, Kiss, Ozzy Osbourne, Bret Michaels (Poison), Sheryl Crow, Shania Twain and Ricky Martin helped contribute to his growth as a musician and he has performed with local acts such as Together Band, Mudsharks, Sound Gypsies, Stan Skibby (Jimi Hendrix Experience), White Cross, Nitro, Choice Cuts, High Rail and many more over the years. |
